Types of Auction Provided
Absolute Auction
Through this auction, the property is sold to the highest bidder, regardless of the price. Through this method we can guarantee a sale. Our most popular method of auctioning because it offers the best performance results in regards to getting the property sold as close to the market price as we can.
Minimum Bid Auction
The auctioneer will accept bids at or above the published price. This price is stated in advertisements leading up to the auction. This method reduces the risk of sellers because the bid will not be accepted unless it is met by the price the seller is requesting.
Reserve Auction
This method does not provide a minimum bid amount. This method still allows control to the seller, because the seller can choose to reject the highest bid accepted by the auctioneer up to 72 hours following the live sale.
Community Service Auction
This service was created solely by our auctioneer. This is meant to help our community and specific organizations to gain the funds they need to continue operating, sponsoring, and giving back to our community.
